Marcus Tillman Jordan, who’s ex-Florida State QB Jameis Winston’s accuser Erica Kinsman’s friend, was the one who reportedly got drinks for Erica Kinsman and for Monique Kessler at Potbelly’s the night of what we all can agree was a drunken sexual encounter between Winston and Kinsman. While underage at the time, Monica said to investigators that Tillman was “somehow” able to get them drinks at the bar.
Well, the “somehow” was answered: On August 29th 2013, and before the reports of the incident that happened in December of 2012 became national news, a Marcus Jordan Tillman Jordan who matches the description here, was arrested at 19 for possession of a “forged drivers license or ID card.” (the record of the arrest is here) and it’s reported that he posted a $1,000 bond.
That provides clear evidence that Erica Kinsman was engaging in binge underage drinking with friends, and to the point where her memory and judgement were impaired.
