WonderCon 2018 Preview: Doug Liman’s YouTube Original Series IMPULSE Has Panel

If you remember The Bourne Identity, the 2002 thriller starring Matt Damon as Jason Bourne, then you enjoyed a movie produced by Doug Liman. Liman, who has become known for such movies as Go, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, and Edge Of Tommorrow, now brings his talents to YouTube, with the introduction of the YouTube Original Series IMPULSE at WonderCon 2018.

Fans at WonderCon will be the first to get sneak-peak at the upcoming YouTube Original series IMPULSE as they view never-before-seen clips from the show followed by a discussion panel featuring Creator/Executive Producer Doug Liman, plus producers and cast on Saturday, March 24 at 5PM in room North 200A of the Anaheim Convention Center. 
 
From YouTube Red, Universal Cable Productions and Hypnotic comes the debut trailer for YouTube Red Original series IMPULSE, a genre-bending action-thriller starring Maddie Hasson and Missi Pyle.  Impulse will premiere this summer.
 
Based on the third novel in the “Jumper” series by Steven Gould, IMPULSE features a rebellious 16-year-old girl who has always felt different from her peers and has longed to escape from her seemingly quaint small town. When a local football player attempts to assault her, she discovers she has the extraordinary ability to teleport. This newfound power confirms her conviction that she really was different from everybody else, but it now makes her the focus of those who want to control her. #ImpulseSeries​
