Jim Irsay, the Indianapolis Colts Owner, was arrested on DUI charge. According to sources Jim Irsay was arrested and jailed by Carmel, Indiana police at 3 am Monday morning CDT. He was said to have been possessing a controlled substance. In October of 2013 Irsay said he did not drink and had not in 15 years. I like Jim as he helped me during my Super Bowl Oakland Bid effort.
