Oakland Bulk and Oversized Terminal v. City of Oakland Case Not About Coal Don’t Tell Some In Media. “No Coal In Oakland” Fake News The trial called Oakland Bulk and Oversized Terminal v. City of Oakland 2023 that started on July 10th, 2023 and is at Alameda County Superior Court Hayward Hall of Justice, 24405 Amador St., with. Judge Noël Wise, in Department 514, i not at all about coal. That’s a keyword certain non-profits use to keep the dollars from progressive political and public relations organizations coming to them. The reality is that Oakland Bulk and Oversized Terminal v. City of Oakland is about a breach of contract on the part of the City of Oakland, which, to the view of any reasoned observer of the case (not a lot of those), is trying to tell lie after lie just to get the Oakland Bulk and Oversized Terminal or, for them, AKA Phil Tagami, out of the political way of the City of Oakland. The trouble is, Oakland politicians’ obsession with making Mr. Tagami behave and give them political money (which he has done over the decades), has caused a rash of legal errors that, if the trial turns the way I think it could, would wind up with the City of Oakland owing OBOT a ton of money. The reasons for this are the same ones that caused me to go after Insight Terminal Solutions as a client for Zennie62Media, inc: to publish the material the other media new was there, but wanted to ignore in an effort to help the City of Oakland. In other words, Oakland knew that the Bulk Terminal was not a coal terminal by design, and so signed off on the hauling of minerals including coal. That’s the fact and the person who signed off for The City of Oakland is now Assistant City Administrator Betsy Lake. Ms. Lake was also a consultant to Phil Tagami and California Capital Investment Group before her Oakland engagement in 2013. But all of that led to a settlement in 2022, but then guess what? The City of Oakland was trying to make OBOT look like it wasn’t following through on the lease. Coal was out of the picture. The fact is Phil Tagami and John Siegel (who passed away two years ago and his photo is here) had created a new hauling business model that had zero to do with coal. And that points to a media that doesn’t want to tell the truth, but says it does. The so-called progressive media that gets 501(c)3 status which means stay out of politics, but then uses it to raise money so it can WADE INTO POLITICS. That’s not legal. And the same media types who just like to say “no coal” to be hip to their hedge fund investors , but the change in coal as a commodity may put a halt to that. Coal was the highest-in-demand commodity world wide this year, with higher-than-ever prices. So, regardless of OBOT vs Oakland, or anything else, the market will set this matter right. But the fact is, the West Coast may wind up being forced to open the coal doors, and if the Port of Oakland builds a bulk terminal, it stands to benefit. I’ve said all along the real answer to this problem is technology, not closing jobs. But the “No Coal” types are also, sadly, not tech oriented. They’re going to have to catch up. Stay tuned.

This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. What we call “The Third Wave of Media”. The uploaded video is from a YouTube channel. When the video is “liked” by Zennie62 YouTube, then it is automatically uploaded to and formatted automatically at the Zennie62Blog.com site and Zennie62-created and owned social media pages. The overall objective here, on top of our is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours – is the use of the existing YouTube social graph on any subject in the World. Now, news is reported with a smartphone and also by promoting current content on YouTube: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, or having a camera crew to shoot what is already on YouTube. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution. We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
