New Philadelphia rejects request for water, sewer service from developer

NEW PHILADELPHIA Council voted Monday to reject a request by A1 Developers of Newark to provide water and sewer service for a proposed apartment complex on 10 to 12 acres between Goshen Hill Road and Fifth Street SE just outside the city limits.
