Sri Srinivasan: President Obama Must Appoint Him For Supreme Court

President Obama has said he will select the next Supreme Court Justice. Conservatives think whoever it is will be rejected by the GOP – controlled Senate. But I know of someone would would sail into confirmation and his name is Sri Srinivasan.

While a Democrat, Sri Shrinivasan has clerked for a Republican judge and for Republican Supreme Court . His GOP ties allowed Shrinivasan to fly through his Senate Nominating Committee and was confirmed 97 to 0 for the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

If selected Sri would be the first Indian American elevated to the Supreme Court bench and much as Scalia was the first Italian American.
