Carson Daly is in trouble. Just 30 minutes ago, he took to Twitter to report that he left his bag of clothes in an overhead bin on his American Airlines flight that just landed in New York. Daly, the American television host and presenter of Last Call With Carson Daly doesn’t make clear which American flight he was on, so some searching doesn’t reveal a flight into JFK from LA that arrived at 11:45 PM EDT, but a review of the American Airlines website shows that AA Flight 32 came in to JFK at 10:20 PM.
So, giving about 30 minutes for taxing to the gate, or about 10:50, then deplaning and walking, and then discovering the lost bag of clothes, and bingo, that’s the flight Carson Daly was on. Here’s Carson’s Twitter tweet:
And I left my bag of clothes in the overhead on my @AmericanAir tht just landed in NY Can’t reach anyone..blk t and cargo’s 4 awhile I guess

The question is why the hell would anyone leave a bag of clothes on a flight? In an overhead bin? I can’t help but wonder if Carson had a few on the flight, but wow.
Not to make fun of Mr. Daly, but in about 150 flights in my life, maybe closer to 200 flights, I’ve never left a bag of clothes or any kind of bag on an airplane. I just hope Carson get it back.
My Mom recommend that Daly call the airline rather than just send a Twitter tweet, but a tweet’s a good start. But the JFK lost and found number for American Airlines is (718) 487-5501.
Stay tuned.
