Partial facade collapse of downtown building
WKYC-TV CLEVELAND — Cleanup has begun after a tons of brick and mortar fell nine stories onto East 6th Street in downtown Cleveland Monday. A portion of the old National City Bank building buckled just after 4 p.m. onto East Sixth Street, near Vincent Avenue.
