Of course, this is 2012, and Randy hasn’t played since 2010, but a workout with the still-effective-throwing former quarterback, now San Francisco 49ers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh was enough to convince the coach that Moss could benefit the team.
I agree.
When Moss was happy, er, with New England, he put up 3,665 yards and 74 touchdowns over three years; in 2010, when he realized he wasn’t getting the money he thought he deserved, Moss not only produced horrible numbers, he went from the Patriots to the Vikings, then acted like he didn’t want to be with Minnesota, and so jumped to the Tennessee Titans – then he retired.
But the one thing no one can question is Randy’s intellect or work effort when he’s in the right place. I think he’s there with the 49ers.
