Time for a black DNC Chair!
For all of the talk of how blacks did not come out to vote, the fact is that we Democrats did nothing to get blacks to the poles. And what my Mom observed – that Democrats ran away from Barack Obama and would lose – turned out to be really true.
The Democratic Party has ran away from blacks and President Obama. We have people like the Governor of Missouri in the wake of Ferguson, claiming to be Dems when they look more Republican than Republicans.
We need a black DNC Chair. We must send a message.
