… was opening night for Assembly, Santa Cruz’s new blockbuster restaurant from partners Kendra Baker and Zachary Davis (Penny Ice Creamery, Picnic Basket). The executive chef is Carlo Espinas, who was last seen at Comstock Saloon in San Francisco.
