Quinn: ‘No can do’ on mayor’s pension property tax hike – WBEZ

Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn today slammed Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s plan to bolster Chicago’s underfunded public pensions with a property tax hike. Quinn suggested the mayor will have to get “a whole lot more creative” in order to win the governor’s approval.
