The Top 100 Venture Capitalists For 2013: The List By AlwaysOn

Who are the top 100 venture capitalists for 2013? The list compiled by the Silicon Valley publication AlwaysOn has a number of notable names, and all will be honored at a ceremony to be held at Draper University February 13th 2014.

The VC who will be honored at that event is the legendary Fred Wilson Managing Partner of Union Square Ventures. Wilson’s known for his most notable investments, Twitter, Tumblr, and Zynga, as well as his widely-read blog AVC: Musings Of A VC In NYC.

Joining him will many of the top 100 venture capitalists for 2013 that AlwaysOn has selected. Names like Marc Andreessen, Jeff Bezos, Daniel Burstein, Bradford Burnham, Ron Conway, John Doerr, Brent Jones, John Malloy, Mary Meeker, Yuri Milner, and Sonja Perkins, to list just a few of them.

One name on the list may be familar to regular readers of my content over the years: Rick Bolander, the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Gabriel Venture Partners. Here’s Rick talking to me about the Facebook purchase of Instagram in 2012:

Rick’s notable exit is the online textbook rental company Chegg.
