That Kanye West is a genius at using our own black folks to gain attention for himself and his business pursuits should be obvious by now. The “ White Lives Matter” discussion and the public reaction to it as measured by Google Trends proves it.

Prior to October 3rd at 2 PM, Kanye West Google Trends was at a pedestrian 18 for him – then it jumped to 66 and eventually 98 – that’s celebrity buzz level.

What did it do the stunt? What Ye does: piss of black folks and just in time for Paris Fashion Week!
