Spike TV Launched Deadliest Warrior At Comic Con 2011, Aires Wednesday

Spike TV’s Deadliest Warrior launch at Comic Con 2011 was the catalyst for one of the best interviews I’ve ever done. Originally, the panel was to include horror movie legend Wes Craven, but he had to back out at the last minute “due to unforeseen circumstances.”

Still, the Comic Con 2011 press event that featured Richard “Mack” Machowicz, Dr. Armand Dorian, Robert Daly and special guests Max Brooks and Steve Niles was a total blast as this video below will show. I think because we’re all in the same generation, the comments and quips flew fast and furious. I learned that being bald is actually a great prerequisite to be a warrior!

What the Deadliest Warrior is, is a two-year old show that focuses on how some of the most dangerous and effective fighters – warriors of their day – not only do what they did so well, but how they would come out against other warriors of other times. It comes on Wednesday’s at 10 PM on Spike TV.
