Rebecca Kaplan Calls For Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf To Release Tenants Rights Funds
Oakland At Large Councilmember Rebecca Kaplan is calling for Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf to release funds approved by Council on October 20th 2015 and that paid for community based education and enforcement of Oakland laws on tenants rights, and to provide information so the law can be enforced.
Kaplan says that Mayor Schaaf has not released those funds to date. She is calling on the Mayor to do so now.
