East Bay Times OAKLAND — A 28-year-old man was shot Sunday morning as he rode in a car in East Oakland, authorities said. His condition was not known Sunday afternoon. The shooting happened about 10:15 a.m. Sunday in the area of the 1100 block of 73rd Avenue. |
