HONOLULU — Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel is calling the shootings at Fort Hood, Texas, a “terrible tragedy.” In remarks to reporters in Honolulu, Hagel says he is aware of casualties at the Army base in Texas and that the facility remains under lockdown.
