Tony Sparano is the Oakland Raiders Interim Head Coach and best choice under the circumstances. Sparano has experience as a head coach and is best known for rolling the dice and trying the WildCat Offense with the Miami Dolphins.

He knows the current personnel but I question if this group is a bit too old to be effective over the long haul of the season.
