Jukin Media Violates Fair Use Law Pt. 2
My video is the second part in a dispute I have with Jukin Media over my news commentary video on the Selfie Train Video. Jukin Media’s practices routinely trample the fair use legal rights of YouTubers, many of whom do not know how to defend themselves.
This video reveals that Jukin Media’s VP of Legal did not actually watch my video. If he did he would have – or should have – known that it met the four factors rest.
I stand to defend those on YouTube who believe they are defenseless. The buck stops here. Jukin Media must follow fair use legal doctrine.
