CALIFORNIA — Ruiz Food Products is recalling 2.5 million pounds of ready-to-eat meat and poultry taquitos that may be contaminated with both Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes, the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced Friday.
