Miley Cyrus, who rose to fame via The Disney Channel, before striking out as a teen sex pot singer and movie actress (remember my video on her lap dance?), is one of a number of celebrities and brands to schedule Twitter-based question-and-answer sessions and to help in promotional efforts.
In this case, the promotional effort is for her new single “We Can’t Stop,” which has zoomed to the top of the charts in just 24-hours.
To do tweet about “We Can’t Stop,” Ms. Cyrus traveled to San Francisco, and to Twitter Headquarters, where she rocked the house, reportedly broke Twitter, and made at least one Twitter employee named Amish Shah very happy.
And yes, this blogger submitted a question.
This one:
Hi Miley. Do you have your own movie production company, and if so what’s movie will it come out with? TU #askmiley @mileycyrus

Miley was only on for about 30 minutes, but was able to engage with her active fan base, and give a glimpse into her professional life.
