Gorkana US, a UK-based pr and marketing research firm with offices in New York, used Gorkana Social Media Pro, its social media monitoring and analysis tool, to determine the best content producers and social media conversation starters at CES 2014.
Zennie62blog.com was named one of the top blogs at CES 2014, and just behind the top blog, Tech Buzz Blog. This is a complete testament to the change in blog format I initiated just after my heart attack last November 2nd, 2013.
I always wanted to have a blog that had more than just my voice, but was more like Twitter (who’s information presentation I love): a firehose of information on subjects of my choice, but such that I and other Zennie62 bloggers can add their own posts and videos to the flow, which is then distributed by a satellite of blogs depending on the subject.
In the case of CES, there’s not, as of this writing, a CES-specific blog, but even without that, Zennie62blog.com was able to product enough content to catch the notice of Gorkana US. That foundation also helped with the distribution of our CES-related YouTube videos at Zennie62 channel at YouTube.com, as well as the micro-videos made using Vidoco.com and Tout.com.
