techcrunch-disruptRight now, Nicholas Woodman , the Founder of GoPro, just finished his “fireside chat” – a term that goes back to the speeches then-President Jimmy Carter used to give by the fire at The White House – and now it’s Eric Migicovsky of Pebble, followed by John Doerr of Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, then Vinod Khosla of Khosla Ventures, and then eventually Marissa Mayer Yahoo!’s CEO, and Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg.

TechCrunch Disrupt 2013 Day 3 is now well underway and after this blogger was, first, waiting to get in because of a 30-minutes later start, then dealing with the issues that come when two of TechCrunch’s Day 3 guests happen to be Mark Zuckerberg and Marissa Mayer. In my case, when I checked in to register with my press credential, the printing machine stalled.

The woman at the desk, I guess got impatient, and said “We’re having machine issues, so I’ll just write out your information on the pass, if that’s OK.” Not thinking twice, I said “yes,” and that wasn’t a problem for me until today. You’d figure that people who have seen you all three days would have figured out that it wasn’t necessary to ask me about the same damn badge I’d had for the entire conference, but such is the mind of some people.

Ridiculous.

Stay tuned.
