The event is to do business directly with the San Francisco Super Bowl Host Committee. It’s different than doing your own Super Bowl related event. A party organizer who wants to host a charity event in Oakland that does not use the NFL Super Bowl logo or trademark but is for patrons attending the Bay Area for the Super Bowl is such an event.
