Congratulations to the Stanford Cardinal Women’s Soccer Team, which beat the Oklahoma State Women’s Soccer Team (called the Cowgirls) 2-1 in Elite Eight play at Stanford’s Cagan Stadium Friday night.

Show’s you what happens when players have to skip the traditional home-cooked Thanksgiving meal and stick around for a big game. They take all that pent-up desire for Turkey and take it out on the opponent.

Here’s the postgame interviews, courtesy of Stanford:

Now, the Stanford Cardinal continue an envious (if you’re a Cal Golden Bears backer) streak of 23 wins without a single loss, and one tie.

Next The Cardinal faces the Florida State Seminole next week in the national semifinals in Kennesaw, Ga., along with Duke, and Wake Forest.

After this win, Stanford now has an amazing 50 straight wins at home.

Stay tuned.
