alg-serena-williams-exults-jpg Ok, lovers of Women’s Tennis (it’s the legs) here’s an update from the 2013 French Open.

Serena Williams, the number one women’s tennis player in the World, beat number 15th ranked, Roberta Vinci of Italy, 6-1 6-3.

Now, Compton, California’s amazing star and half an awesome sister sports act, has won four matches, winning all in straight sets. To date, Serena has won 28 straight matches.

Meanwhile Russia’s Svetlana Kuznetsova, the 2009 French Open Champ, is making a comeback of sorts, and won, beating number 8 Angelique Kerber of Germany, 6-4, 4-6, and 6-3.

Number 4 ranked Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland, and known as the player who Svetlana Kuznetsova refused to shake the hands of after a match, beat 14th ranked Ana Ivanovic of Serbia, 6-2 6-4.

And finally, number 5 ranked Sara Errani of Italy beat number 20th Carla Suarez Navarro of Spain, 5-7, 6-4, and 6-3.

Stay tuned.
