America’s Cup Final Down To One Race: Race 19
America’s Cup Final comes down to one race on Wednesday. After an amazing comeback that has no comparison in sports history where Oracle Team USA overcame a seemingly insurmountable deficit of race wins to tie 8-8, and erased the impact of a two-race penalty in the process, the boat commanded by Jimmy Spithill is just one race from doing the impossible: winning. Remember my video prediction that I was so intensely blasted for?
That prediction of an America’s Cup Final win by Oracle Team USA is now close to coming true, and not one person who left the bad comments on my YouTube Channel Zennie62 has come back to admit they were wrong.
Meanwhile, Oracle Team USA won two amazing America’s Cup Final Races 17 and 18 on Tuesday. The first, Race 17, featured Emirates Team New Zealand falling behind because of a penalty on Emirates Team New Zealand for windward-leeward — in other words, the Kiwis were penalized for coming too close to Oracle Team USA. Oracle Team USA used that to literally blast off to a 17 second advantage over Emirates Team New Zealand, and then used that advantage to increase its lead even more and win.
The second race saw Emirates Team New Zealand jump out to a lead over Oracle Team USA, only to lose it as the Oracle boat put on a dazzling display of speed, catching up to, then overtaking, and eventually leaving the Kiwis so far back, they were apart by a distance of 1,000 meters.
Now it’s down to one!
See you Wednesday!
