Jeff Adachi and I talked about his view of the Eric Garner No Indictment Decision on the part of The New York Grand Jury. In this, a platform for Mr. Adachi, he explains why the outcome was wrong, what he thinks should be done, how San Franciscans and others should conduct themselves before the police and what their rights are, and how to contact the SF Public Defender’s Office should one need help and are in San Francisco. The total interview is about 30 minutes long, and shorter versions will be made soon. The full transcript will be released Saturday.
