Uber Drivers Cancel Rides At Increasing Rate #Oscars2016
For some reason, I have noticed that Ubee Drivers are cancelling rides at an increasing rate. I would say it’s about 50 percent of the time and a big reason I use Lyft a lot more.
Uber needs to investigate why this is happening and take steps to maintain reliable service. If a person needs an Uber driver for an emergency, and they cancel, that is bad service.
Perhaps Uber should add an emergency fare service.
