Mark Davis Planned Las Vegas NFL Raiders Stadium But Mislead Oakland

More evidence Oakland Raiders Owner Mark Davis mislead Oakland about his intention to move to Las Vegas. First, an April 1 2016 Twitter tweet from Las Vegas Sands with Davis and University of Nevada Las Vegas Predident Len Jessup and UNLV Coach Sanchez visiting Sam Boyd Stadium. On April 7th, Davis signed the Oakland Coliseum Lease, but claimed he started looking for a new home for the Raiders after he signed the lease – that is simply not true. To further show that is the case, I present the January 28th 2016 “UNLV Statement” that was posted by Aubrey Clerkin, then of News3TV in Las Vegas. The statement read that the Oakland Raiders were to meet to see the 42-acre site that UNLV purchased in pursuit of their own stadium. All of this, plus the ESPN report that in 2014 Davis told NFL exec Eric Grubman he wanted to move to Las Vegas, proves that Davis acted to mislead Oakland officials and did not act in good faith.
