Oakland Will Sue The Raiders If NFL Approves Las Vegas Move
The City of Oakland and the County of Alameda will sue the Oakland Raiders if the National Football League approves the a move to Las Vegas. That news comes from an effort long in planning and triggered by the actions of Oakland Raiders Owner Mark Davis.
Davis actions have been found to not follow even the NFL’s policy of good faith dealing. Moreover NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has said that it’s partly the Raiders own fault that they don’t have a new stadium in Oakland.
Davis will be in for a fight if he continues to do what some see as kick sand in the collective face of Oakland.
