Regina Jeffries Memorial At 13th And Franklin Oakland After Shooting – Video
This makeshift memorial was set up by those in morning of the death of Regina Jeffries, just 16 years old, and innocently caught in the middle of a dice game that turned ugly. And that happened in the backdrop of a vigil held for someone else at 13th and Franklin.
I talked with one young man who knew Regina and he asked when would the killing stop?
For me we can’t get the guns off the street soon enough.
