Kirk Cousins has finally started to perform well in the Washington Redskins system under Jay Gruden. But that only proves what I have said before is true: RG3 was the victim of a terrible racist situation where Mike Shanahan ran him into the ground knowing he would get injured and all so he could start the person he wanted: the “prototypical” white quarterback Kirk Cousins.
None of this is a personal comment against Kirk and he did not engineer the situation at all. He and RG3 got caught up in something not of their making.
Gruden and Shanahan wanted Cousins to succeed and did not want to coach RG3. They could not handle a black guy who was smart. That is the fact of the situation.
