YouTube Will Defend Partners Like Zennie62 In Fair Use Legal Rights Matters
Finally, YouTube has seen the light and elects to protect YouTube Partners in Fair Use Legal Rights claim defense matters.
It’s about time.
Too often YouTube Partners are plagued by illegal DMCA takedown orders where the Fair Use Legal Rights of the YT Partners were violated. And in my case the person doing so also issued what I considered to be a death threat.
At any rate, I defended against the takedown request and wrote my own legal counterclaim. But not everyone knows how to do that. That is where the aide comes in handy.
