Tyler Perry plans to sell his Atlanta area home and will build on 1000+ acres OTP

His holdings include properties in New York, Los Angeles/Beverly Hills and Malibu. He has profitably bought and sold a number of prominent parcels in Atlanta. Lately he’s been acquiring parcels in Douglas County near Sweetwater Creek State Park and I-20.
