City to approve $3 million for family of women who died at SF General

The Board of Supervisors is expected to approve a nearly $3 million settlement payment Tuesday to the family of a woman whose body was found in a San Francisco General Hospital stairwell 17 days after she disappeared from her hospital room in 2013.
