Witness to Las Vegas Strip shooting says security guard instigated fight

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) — A witness who saw the shooting that left one man dead and another injured said the dead man was not at fault. It all happened after police said a passenger got into an altercation with an armed security guard aboard an RTC bus.
