Pabu Restaurant’s a brand new San Francisco retaurant that opened in July 2014. It’s at 101 California and takes up the main triangle area on the street level. The large windows are such that you can’t miss it. But the most interesting element is a picture window on the Front Street side, such that you can see right into the very active kitchen.
