ISIS James Foley Beheading should cause formation of $1 million bounty to get the man who is in the video. That would cause even his allies to turn against him.
It would not totally undo the emotional damage done to good people of The World who have been subjected to the video of what he did. But we need to make sure bad people can’t just do this to the innocent.
