NTSB says parasailing ‘risky’ after Hawaii investigation
Honolulu Star-Advertiser The National Transportation Safety Board on Tuesday declared parasailing to be risky and urged the U.S. Coast Guard to require that operators be licensed after investigating fatal accidents in Hawaii, Florida, North Carolina and the U.S. Virgin Islands. |
