Dan Aykroyd has led the tributes to fellow Ghostbusters co-writer and actor Harold Ramis, who has died aged 69. Director Ramis died of autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis, a rare disease that involves swelling of the blood vessels, his agent told the BBC.
