The government shutdown is underway, and all because the Republicans, primarily in the House of Representatives, are upset that The Affordable Care Act, called “Obamacare,” is not only now the law of the land, but active. The much-talked about Healthcare Insurance Exchange is now open for business.
This seems to upset some in the House GOP so much that reports have surfaced that they “smell of booze” in Congress. Check out these Tweets:

Considering that GOP lawmakers are paid with American tax dollars, to spend that money on booze during a government shutdown they caused is inexcusable.
