dayatamericascup America’s Cup San Francisco will get an extra day of looking, parties, and celebration as the second race between Oracle Team USA and Emirates Team New Zealand was postponed because wind speed went past the 20 knot (23 mph) limit.

But prior to that, it was Emirates Team New Zealand with just one more race to go to take the 2013 America’s Cup, and after wining over Oracle Team USA by just 15 seconds to take Race 11.

Now, the final race is set to take place Thursday at 2:15 PM.

So, the result is a nice Wednesday with many people, mostly tourists and some here for the first time, enjoying lovely pre-fall weather.

Including this view from the America’s Cup Pavilion, where this blogger is enjoying a cup of coffee.

Stay tuned.
