Andy Murray v Novak Djokovic
Andy Murray v Novak Djokovic
Andy Murray v Novak Djokovic is turning out to be an incredible Wimbledon holiday for the UK, so far. Andy Murray, from the UK, is leading Novak Djokovic from Serbia, and could close this out as fast as Marion Bartoli closed out Sabine Lisicki in the women’s Wimbledon Final Saturday.

Tennis is a game of space, reaction, and recognition. And in this match, Andy Murray is doing a better job than Novak Djokovic at seeing the opportunities presented and hitting the ball where Djokovic is not.

Right now, it’s 6-4, 7-5 3-2, with Djokovic just hanging on to avoid the same fate as Sabine Lisicki. Gotta love Djokovic’s fighting to win, and battling back from sure, quick elimination.

But it would be cool to see Andy Murray bring it home for Britain. No British man has won the men’s singles event at Wimbledon, since Fred Perry in 1936.

Stay tuned.
