Snooki’s (Nicole Polizzi) Abs Arms Legs and Hot Body And New Image came after she became a mother. But she has adopted the strongwoman workout fitness routine, including throwing tires, lifting weights, and wow, what a difference.
Snooki has lost 42 pounds.
The Jersey Shore reality tv show star told People Magazine, “I go [to a trainer] four times a week, and we do legs, arms and everything,” she said “And after every one-hour workout, I do an hour of cardio … I’m still working my ass off, but it’s all worth it. I’m now motivated and I want to change my body. It’s a good feeling to work out because I feel much better. Plus, my guy Jionni likes it.”
Translation: the sex is much better.
