Alyssa Milano is in Maxim Magazine for the July / August edition, and to prove, it would seem, that at 40, she’s still hot. The producer of a line of clothing for NFL women fans, and for NASCAR fans, was in the magazine 15 years ago, and it’s as if she just stepped out of a time capsule.
How does Ms. Milano do it?
According to various sources, Milano’s workout plan looks like this:
1. Milano does a cardio workout by running three miles every day to keep her legs and thighs in athletic shape.
2. Milano takes a Spinning class called ”The Ride” at the gym Rockers In LA that she is a member of. Spinning classes work your muscles because they are really long bicycle rides.
3. Milano adds a 30 minute free-weight training session to her workout routine about two times a week. Weight training gives her the beautiful body shape and symmetry she has.
