In this light, we are proud to present an educational forum on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, with a panel of speakers featuring City Administrator Deanna Santana, Oakland Chief of Police Howard Jordan, and other key budget and police staff.
