“Dear TMZ” goes the top Twitter Trend for today (one of them) because TMZ has said there are photos that have Justin Bieber and Lil Za, and Lil Twist with codine and Sizzup. But they don’t show the photos asserting that claim. Big error.
Oh and if you recall, I met Lil Twist at CES, when he rolled out his headphones:
If Justin Bieber, Lil Twist, and Lil Za’s representatives wanted grounds to sue TMZ for defamation of character, this is their best chance to do so. It’s clear that TMZ intended to use them to gain media points, even though the question is does the action rise to the point of intended malice?
