While in Las Vegas for CES, I had the pleasure of meeting the legendary Hubert Keller while dining at his popular Madalay Bay, Las Vegas retaurant, Fleur.
Taking a moment away from dinner with his family, Mr. Keller said that ‘Fleur, by Hubert Keller’ is a “little bit” of a different twist from his San Francisco restaurant Fleur de Lys. Without giving too much away, as the video’s fun to watch, as you will see, Fleur at Mandalay Bay is not a tappas restaurant, but it does offer a mix of small plates, and a couple of plates designed to be shared, or enjoyed by one person.
